Use the Communications Support Request Form to submit any requests for the Communications Team.
All requests are reviewed on Tuesdays. Most requests require a conversation between your team and the Communications Director. You should also schedule an appointment with the Communications Director to discuss your communications or media needs.

Review the Strategic Planning Calendar! The Communications Director will reach out at least three months prior to expected events on this calendar. If you don’t see your event on the calendar, please reach out to the Communications Director.
Is it too late to make a request? Never! Even if you are running behind on your timing, you should always submit a Communications Support Request for a new project!
