Communications Requests

Use the form below to submit any requests that you have for the Communications Team. All requests are reviewed on Tuesdays. Please allow at least a week for a response to your request. Some requests will require a conversation between your team and the Communications Director. Please expect an email or phone call.


You may also schedule an appointment with the Communications Director to discuss any of your communications or media needs.

Request Deadlines: when planning your events that need assistance from Communications, please consider these timelines for your requests. These timelines help us do our best work!

  • Design and Print: 4 weeks

  • Gateway announcements: 2 weeks

  • Printing and Mailing: 3 weeks

  • Videos: 6 weeks

  • Website and Digital: 2 weeks
